Description: DHS' Office of Rehabilitation Services is the state's leading agency serving individuals with disabilities. This office provides rehabilitation services to severely disabled, physically or mentally impaired citizens whose handicap is static and who, by reason of such impairment, cannot obtain gainful employment. Our purpose is to enable the handicapped person of employable age to become a self-supporting citizen. Services offered are: diagnostic evaluation, vocational training, vocational counseling, physical and mental restoration.
