Offering frail, older adults and their families assistance as they assess the need for care and coordinate an overall plan of services to maximize the older person's independence in the home. Areas examined include medical care and supervision; home maintenance; personal care assistance; emergency response systems; financial needs; and living arrangements.
Caregive Program provides information, advocacy and services to caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren that help them adjust to caregiving roles and fill gaps in services or resources. Services include caregiver support groups, educational opportunities, respite, counseling and limited financial assistance. |

Volunteer activity and accounts are monitored on a regular basis and limited client fund insurance is provided by AARP. |
