Service/program name: Nutrition
Description: Participants must be 60 years of age or older and residents of Will County. Lunch is provided Monday through Friday at noon. Reservations must be made two to three days in advance.

Residents living in Monee, Crete, University Park, Steger, and Park Forest and live in Will County, call 800-892-1412 to apply.

Service/program name: Transportation
Description: Transportation available Monday through Friday only for senior citizens or a person with a disability. Transporation hours are between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Cost is a suggested donation, whatever individual can pay. Minimum fare is @2.00 one way, $4.00 round-trip wiithin Will County. Extra charge for traveling out of Will County. Transportation only provided to neighboring areas.

Medical appointments have priority. Please advise if a wheelchair lift is required. To arrange transportation, call must be made 24 hours in advance. Reservations taken on first come, first served basis.

Service/program name: Circuit Breaker Information/Pharmaceutical Assistance Program
Description: To apply, must have W2's from previous year, must be disabled or are age 65 or older, live in Illinois at time of completing claim, and have income level that is in or below what is set for the year.
